We are selective with our customers and only take customers who we can develop a long-term relationship with for providing high quality cleaning services. We also offer an eco-friendly cleaning supplies option in place of our standard cleaning supplies at a premium price.

Short Term Rental Program

We perform full-service cleaning and property reviews for the highest quality turnovers for the next guest. We know that more than 80% of an AirBNB review is dependent on the cleanliness of the property. By using the Central Florida Clean Team to set your home for turnover, your guests’ first impressions will be of the highest quality and cleanliness. Our staff can utilize our checklist or yours. We will report any issues and take pictures of any damage and will report them back to you or the property manager. We also recommend a deep cleaning once a month for high use properties. We also offer an eco-friendly cleaning supplies option in place of our standard cleaning supplies at a premium price.

Luxury Residential Cleaning Program

This is for the busy professional who needs extra help with organizing kitchens and bathrooms, putting groceries away, help with laundry and folding clothes, preparing to host a party, or even cleaning up after the party. This service level includes standard residential cleaning as well. In addition, we offer an eco-friendly cleaning supplies option in place of our standard cleaning supplies at a premium price.
